Perfume Packaging & Components

Explore practical guides to perfume packaging components for private label fragrance projects. Learn how to evaluate stock and custom perfume bottles, caps, collars, sprayers, crimp and screw pumps, labels, decoration methods, folding cartons, rigid boxes, inserts, and gift sets.

These resources help fragrance startups, retailers, importers, distributors, and established brands understand how packaging decisions affect MOQ, tooling, unit cost, lead time, bottle-pump compatibility, leakage risk, transport protection, and production planning for the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom.

Confirm components from bottle to shipping case

  1. Bottle: record the model, drawing and capacity with the bottle comparison worksheet.
  2. Pump and seal: review pump selection together with bottle, pump and gasket compatibility.
  3. Label: confirm label materials and application for the actual filled pack.
  4. Box: compare box structures, materials and printing.
  5. Transport packaging: prepare the complete shipping-pack review.

Before purchasing, connect these choices to component MOQ and lead-time dependencies.

Copyable component fields: bottle code/revision and neck finish; pump/closure code; seal material; actual formula and alcohol-contact compatibility evidence; decoration/artwork version; box/insert/case; units per carton; sample approval; supplier-confirmed quantity and dates.

Apply the confirmed assembly to a perfume gift-set project or travel-size perfume project. No shared fit, stock availability or test limit is implied by a component name.

Sampling Process

How to Get Your Samples in 4 Steps

Custom sample development for B2B brand OEM/ODM projects, with scope, fees, and timing confirmed before work begins.

  1. Contact Us

We support B2B brand OEM/ODM projects only, with no own-brand retail products or off-the-shelf stock. Perfume bulk orders start at 1,000 bottles. Contact us to discuss your requirements, budget, and sample development scope.

  2. Share Your Requirements

Share your requirements and expectations, including performance, texture, scent, color, ingredient preferences, packaging, and target market. We will provide an initial consultation and tailored recommendations.

  3. Pay Sample & Shipping Fees

Sample and shipping fees are confirmed before work begins. The sample fee is fully credited toward a bulk order of at least 1,000 bottles. Pricing varies by item, quantity, and shipping destination.

  4. Receive, Test & Review

Sample R&D takes approximately 3 days, excluding time spent on client communication and waiting for confirmation, as well as shipping time. Dispatch and delivery timing are confirmed separately. After you receive and test the samples, we will review your feedback and discuss the next steps.
