Project Brief

Start with the information you have

Share an idea, target market, reference image, bottle direction or packaging concept. LAEYO can help organize the next practical step.

What we can shape together

  1. Primary 30 ml reference; confirm actual net contents and project format.
  2. Proposed spray route: agree the formula, carrier, concentration and intended application.
  3. Requested sensory directions with sample/version IDs; availability is project-specific.
  4. Actual total bottles and quantity per fragrance/SKU.
  5. Any five-scent/1,000-unit example is a buyer assumption, not an accepted allocation.
  6. Requested on-sale date; an eight-week target is not a confirmed delivery promise.
  7. Selected bottle, applicator/closure and packaging component identifiers and minimums.
  8. Sample, artwork, component, production and shipment dependencies for schedule review.

Use the reference development direction below to discuss the fragrance, format and presentation for the customers you want to reach.

    What this product can become

A B2B travel-fragrance brief for comparing a proposed spray presentation, scent directions and packaging options. Agree the carrier, concentration and applicator for your project. Multi-scent requests are planning inputs; confirm sample versions, quantities and component requirements for the selected directions.

    Who this route can support

    • TikTok/DTC new brands testing market response
    • Distributors looking for portable SKUs
    • Niche brands building multi-scent discovery collections
    • Gift set curators needing travel-friendly options

    Build Around Your Brand

Build this product around your brand

Shape the scent, presentation and packaging route around your intended customer, channel and launch plan.

Fresh citrus (lemon, bergamot) · Clean musk · Light woody (cedar, sandalwood) · Aromatic green (tea, herbs) · Fruity floral (pear, jasmine)

Evaluate these fresh scent directions for your chosen audience, everyday-use occasion and short-video presentation.

30ml standard travel bottle · 10-15ml mini for lower price point · 50ml upgrade for higher value

30ml balances portability and perceived value, ideal for building multi-scent collections.

Fine mist sprayer · High-output sprayer · Lockable travel sprayer

Compare fine-mist and lockable-sprayer options for the intended application, and evaluate leakage with the actual formula and complete assembly under agreed conditions.

Aluminum cap · Plastic cap with custom color · Metallized finish · Logo-engraved cap

Cap decoration adds shelf appeal and reinforces brand identity without changing bottle mold.

Minimalist label · Full-color label · Individual carton · Hanging tab box for retail display

Labels and boxes are key communication surfaces for social commerce and gifting.

    Stock bottle + label/box · Semi-custom bottle color · Full custom mold

Confirm the actual format and formula first, then review component availability, compatibility, minimums and approval steps. Existing components do not establish low MOQ or a fast launch.

    Questions Before You Start

    Frequently asked questions

Useful answers for projects that are not fully specified yet.

Perfume MOQ is 1,000 bottles, not a per-fragrance/per SKU minimum or a guarantee that an order can be split freely. Confirm the actual product format, total bottles, quantity for each fragrance and component minimums. A five-scent/1,000-unit example is only a buyer target until the proposed allocation is accepted.

Request the sensory directions and sample versions you want to evaluate. The source’s up-to 20 directions is not a verified list of currently available formulas. Confirm the actual project options, quantity per fragrance, labels and component compatibility before approving a multi-scent order.

First confirm whether the project is an EDP spray or another applicator/carrier format. Identify the actual bottle, applicator, gasket and cap, then agree seal/leak method, orientation, conditions, duration, sample count and acceptance criteria. No general travel-safe or leak-proof result is supplied here.

Review the actual formula, intended use, market, channel and business roles with the responsible technical/compliance team to determine applicable requirements, documents and labeling. The reference does not establish registrations, platform approval or a complete compliance service.

A discovery group is a separate project proposal requiring confirmed format, fragrance versions, quantities and a complete packaging list. An eight-week example is a buyer scheduling target; review sample, artwork, component, production and shipping dependencies before accepting dates.
