Project Brief

Start with the information you have

Share an idea, target market, reference image, bottle direction or packaging concept. LAEYO can help organize the next practical step.

What we can shape together

  1. Primary 10 ml EDP reference with cocoa-vanilla sensory direction.
  2. Single spray or discovery group: state units per group and number of fragrances.
  3. Sample/version and quantity for each fragrance.
  4. Proposed container: glass, aluminum or plastic; exact material/grade and supplier ID to confirm.
  5. Bottle neck, sprayer, gasket and cap identifiers with compatibility evidence.
  6. Label/box/insert quantities and any reuse/refill request for separate review.
  7. Possible full-size follow-on: requested capacity and whether the same approved formula is intended.
  8. Target market, quantity allocation and requested date for quotation review.

    Product Positioning

A product route shaped around your market and brand

Use the reference development direction below to discuss the fragrance, format and presentation for the customers you want to reach.

    What this product can become

A B2B 10 ml cocoa-vanilla EDP brief for an individual trial spray or a proposed discovery group. A later full-size project requires its own component and sample review. Refillability, reuse and conversion to repeat purchase are not established by the reference.

    Who this route can support

    • Brands preparing a 10 ml fragrance trial project
    • Niche brands comparing individual sprays and discovery groups
    • Distributors reviewing portable-format component requirements
    • Buyers planning a separately scoped full-size follow-on

    Build Around Your Brand

Build this product around your brand

Shape the scent, presentation and packaging route around your intended customer, channel and launch plan.

Warm cocoa butter + vanilla tonka · Amber musk + sandalwood drydown · Coconut jasmine soft floral lift · Reduced-sweetness version for broader appeal

Defines the scent signature and controls how sweet, creamy, warm or floral the travel spray reads in short-form content.

Primary reference: 10 ml travel spray, components to confirm · Possible 2 ml vial: separate review · Possible 30/50/100 ml follow-on: separate component approval · Refillable atomizer request: reuse/transfer evidence to review

Confirm actual container material and closure compatibility for each size. Smaller packaging does not by itself establish lower shipping cost, transport acceptance or reduced buying risk.

Fine mist pump · Crimped travel spray · Twist-lock actuator · Leak-resistant cap

Review spray consistency and closure design for the intended unboxing experience; assess damage and leakage risk using the actual filled assembly under agreed handling and shipping conditions.

Matte cap with logo · Metallic overcap · Custom color overcap · Minimal clear cap

Small cap details make the travel format feel more premium and more shareable in TikTok or Instagram content.

Wrap label on glass · Custom carton sleeve · Soft-touch box · QR code / scent story insert

Label and box carry the brand story and usage cues when the product is discovered online or given as a gift.

Existing 10 ml components + label to confirm · Semi-custom cap/box subject to review · Custom bottle/packaging brief

Compare exact component availability, minimums, compatibility and approval steps before agreeing cost or timing.

    Product Decision Matrix

Compare the decisions that shape your product route

See what can be selected and how each choice affects product presentation, sampling or production planning.

Custom AreaAvailable DirectionsWhat It Means for Your Brand
    Fragrance direction
    • Warm cocoa butter + vanilla tonka
    • Amber musk + sandalwood
    • Coconut jasmine floral lift
    • Reduced-sweetness version

    Bottle & capacity
    • 10mL travel spray
    • 2mL discovery vial

    • Refillable atomizer
Capacity sets price point, trial risk, and whether the SKU supports trial, layering or gifting.
    Spray / applicator
    • Fine mist pump
    • Crimped travel spray
    • Twist-lock actuator
    • Roll-on alternative
Spray quality and leak resistance are critical for travel format and shipping durability.
    Cap & decoration

    • Semi-custom cap and label
    • Full custom bottle
Existing components do not establish a lower perfume minimum or faster launch. Confirm the project quantity, component combination and approval dependencies.

    Questions Before You Start

    Frequently asked questions

Useful answers for projects that are not fully specified yet.

The page presents a 10 ml EDP development reference. Agree the actual formula/concentration brief and verify the selected container, sprayer, gasket and closure combination. Glass, aluminum and plastic options are not evidence that every combination has been tested or approved.

Yes. Starting from the warm cocoa butter vanilla amber musk direction, we can adjust sweetness, coconut/jasmine lift, and drydown to match your target market.

Request the actual material/grade, bottle-neck and sprayer/gasket/cap identifiers for each proposed option. Confirm compatibility, decoration and box/insert requirements before choosing a route. Existing components do not by themselves establish a lower minimum or shorter lead time.

Specify individual 10 ml sprays or a discovery group, including units per group, fragrance versions and quantity per fragrance. A later 30/50/100 ml request is a separate component and sample review, even if the same formula is intended. A trial format does not guarantee consumer conversion or transport eligibility.

Final documentation depends on the destination market and product route. We confirm required documents, label texts and testing during project scoping after you share target country and channel.
