Buyer Questions
Common questions before starting a private label fragrance project.
Request a visit discussion before making travel arrangements. Send the proposed date, visitor roles, target market, product format and the project or verification topics you want to discuss. A request is not a confirmed appointment or a guarantee of access to particular facilities, records or personnel. Ask the team to confirm the receiving company, exact meeting address, host and agreed visit scope in writing. Confirm any confidentiality, photography or document-access requirements beforehand. Do not rely on an unverified address, airport distance or assumed same-day visit availability when planning travel. Prepare a non-confidential project brief and a list of the evidence you want to review. Relevant questions may concern your proposed development route, sample approvals, packaging choices and project-specific quality records; the available evidence and access need to be confirmed for the visit. Use the confirmed arrangements to plan the meeting. If a visit cannot be arranged, ask which project documents or other review arrangements are available instead. No particular production line, laboratory capability, audit access or staff attendance is promised by this FAQ.
Many buyers request factory photos or short production videos during supplier evaluation. B2B buyers can request these materials; availability, permission and the relevant project scope must be confirmed case by case. These materials often support pre-sampling due diligence and help buyers assess cleanliness, equipment, and line organization. Typical factors include the purpose of the request, the area or line involved, whether an NDA is in place, and current production sensitivity. First-stage due diligence often starts with general facility photos, while more detailed video of specific filling, labeling, or compounding steps may require additional clearance. If a client project is running, we may limit capture to avoid exposing proprietary labels, formulas, or unfinished private-label work. Confidential or proprietary areas, unfinished client projects, and restricted documentation are not part of standard photo or video sharing. Any visit or audit discussion requires advance confirmation of the receiving company, host, location, access scope and confidentiality conditions; a request is not a confirmed appointment. To confirm what can be provided for your market and project stage, submit an inquiry with your target market, product category, and specific areas of interest. We will respond with what is feasible under the applicable confidentiality and project conditions.

Sampling Process
Custom sample development for B2B brand OEM/ODM projects, with scope, fees, and timing confirmed before work begins.
We support B2B brand OEM/ODM projects only, with no own-brand retail products or off-the-shelf stock. Perfume bulk orders start at 1,000 bottles. Contact us to discuss your requirements, budget, and sample development scope.
Share your requirements and expectations, including performance, texture, scent, color, ingredient preferences, packaging, and target market. We will provide an initial consultation and tailored recommendations.
Sample and shipping fees are confirmed before work begins. The sample fee is fully credited toward a bulk order of at least 1,000 bottles. Pricing varies by item, quantity, and shipping destination.
Sample R&D takes approximately 3 days, excluding time spent on client communication and waiting for confirmation, as well as shipping time. Dispatch and delivery timing are confirmed separately. After you receive and test the samples, we will review your feedback and discuss the next steps.
